Nvidia Unveils $4,999 64GB DGX Spark as 128GB Model Price Climbs to $6,950
Nvidia has announced a new 64GB configuration of its DGX Spark desktop AI system, priced from $4,999, with availability beginning October 23 through Acer, ASUS, Dell, Gigabyte, HP and MSI, according to multiple hardware outlets.
The smaller system keeps the same GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip, 20-core Arm CPU, 273 GB/s of unified memory bandwidth, DGX OS and the full Nvidia AI software stack as the original 128GB model. Nvidia says a single 64GB unit can run open models with up to 100 billion parameters locally — without sending data to the cloud — while two units clustered over the onboard ConnectX-7 link pool 128GB of memory and reach roughly 200 billion parameters, according to StorageReview.
Nvidia’s own benchmark data claims a pair of clustered 64GB systems delivered up to 1.7 times the performance of a single 128GB unit on its Qwen 3.8 27B test, AI Weekly reported.
The launch lands alongside a price rise for the original model. The 128GB DGX Spark, which debuted a year ago at $3,999 and was raised to $4,699 in February, now lists at $6,950 — nearly 75 per cent above its launch price — with Nvidia citing memory supply constraints, The Register reported. Micron has warned DRAM supply will stay tight through 2028.
